ICC Twenty Worldcup 2012

The 2012 ICC World Twenty20 will be the fourth ICC World Twenty20 contest,an international Twenty20 cricket tournament that will be held in Srilanka between September 18 and October 7,2012.The schedule has been fixed by ICC.The fourth ICC Twenty20 world cup 2012 opened short while ago at Hambantota,surivawewa cricket ground Srilanka.The first match between host Srilanka and Zimbabwe.

^{Twenty cricket is the shortest and most attractive form of cricket.Most cricket lovers and cricket viewers like Twenty20 cricket.This will be the first World Twenty20 tournament held in an Asian country.The last three being held  South Africa,England and West Indies respectively.The first Twenty20 was hosted by South Africa in 2007,where India beat Pakistan in a sensational play to become Twenty20 champions.Afridi was the man of the tournament.Yuvraj Singh hit six sixes in an over bowled by Stuart Broad.In 2009 Twenty20 cricket was held in England,Pakistan defeated Srilanka in this tournament to become World Twenty20 champions.Dilshan was the man of the tournament.Third Twenty20 World cup tournament was held in West Indies and England defeated Australia in this tournament to become Worl Twenty20 champions.Kevin Pietersen was the player of the tournament this time.
